Sales Support
BSS provides a Sales Support team service to give advice and guidance to both the customer and the BSS internal and external sales force.
The team consists of core administration staff based at the Head Office along with knowledgeable field support staff who visit our customers to discuss their needs.
The team provides a wide range of support services, including but not exclusive to:
- Management information
- Job costing views
- Spend trends
- Auto e-mailing of documents to the customer
- KPIs
- Buying card trading (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
- Electronic trading (Quotes, Orders, Invoices)
- E-Catalogue
- Systems connectivity with the customer
- Pricing discs or pricing downloads
- Easy Estimating System
