Repairs

AMS Service & Engineering can ensure pumps requiring repair are collected, repaired and returned.  Customers can access this service through any of BSS Industrial's nationwide network of 58 branches. 

Repairs can also take place on-site if required and AMS are currently introducing a web-based operation to support on-line service job logging and reporting.  This system will allow engineers to quickly evaluate the repair requirements and improve communication where on-site repair is required.

Commissioning

AMS can also arrange for commissioning of products as part of any project.  Customers can again access this service by contacting AMS direct or via any BSS Industrial branch.  Once commissioning has taken place, the AMS database will record the full details and ensure service requirements in the future are proactively followed up.

Servicing and service contracts

AMS Pumps has a nationwide network of approved service partners, ensuring that a prompt and efficient service can be offered at all times.  Again, this service can be accessed through any BSS Industrial branch and AMS will make direct contact with the customer to discuss service contract opportunities and requirements.
